行政院副院長杜紫軍今天主持「0206震災中央災害應變中」第14次工作會報時表示，針對外界質疑台灣自來水公司復水工作是否即時適當，請經濟部督導台水公司虛心檢討，納入未來年節與長假的現場搶救與指揮工作標準作業程序。
經濟部表示，據水電維生組報告，目前仍有5萬戶停水戶，自來水公司已提供低壓供水，預計至明天下午5時可恢復4.5萬戶，有關預計2月13日上午6時接通明管的部分，也請自來水公司如期執行，確保供水進度。
另外，杜紫軍也表示，有關台南土壤液化問題的處理方式，請內政部營建署蒐集相關資料，並與台南市政府進一步討論。
杜紫軍指出，從目前搶救情況來看，還需相當一段時間才能將現場救援告一段落，請國防部與內政部妥善調度救災現場人力，讓人員適當休息，必要時從其他地方調派人員。而「0206震災中央災害應變中心」也需長時間排班，請各部會調度人力，維持中心運作。
有關心理輔導部分，杜紫軍表示，除傷患家屬需要輔導外，請衛福部一併協助現場較缺乏工作經驗的國軍和一般工作人員。且隨著搶救時間延長，也請衛福部特別注意現場防疫工作，避免疫病發生。1050210
